It has marvellous location in London so close to nothing like the pictures on all the websites;)))

Luxurious trendy boutique property with absolutely friendly staff on check-out. Beautiful building and rooms with great bathroom. Classic and nice hot breakfast spread.

Beds were too hard.

Plenty of food available in the bar. 400 metres from the metro station.

The hotel was clean and the staff and location were perfect. What an excellent and efficient staff! The breakfast was delicious, well presented and with plenty of options. Enjoyed my time at the venue, thanks. ...  

Spacious rooms with excellent sound insulation kept things quiet, even with the bustling streets nearby. A solid breakfast buffet with a variety of options set a good tone for the day.

There were some quirks to deal with. The air conditioning couldn't seem to hold a steady temperature, a bit annoying. I noticed a loose door handle and a flickering bedside light that could've used a fix. Plus, I caught a whiff of cannabis lingering in the hallways-definitely not my vibe. Not too disruptive, but definitely not ideal.

Good value for money and not to far away from tube station.

i would have rated this hotel higher, but didnt get a wink of sleep due to furniture being moved from the bar/restuarant above. therefore not a relaxing break away.

That it was close to the tube ,shops, bars and resturants.Was brill for Olympia.

That we had to pay extra to use spa.

My stay at this hotel was very brief but I will definately be going back. It was very clean and the staff were very polite. I did not get to use the spa facilities but would like to do this on my return....  

Most of all I like an average area of the standard room in K West, because they have almost twice bigger standard room than any other even better known hotels

The staff wasn't attentive, we asked for a taxi and it didn't show up even within 30 minutes after we called for it...we came up to the staff few times to check when the taxi is supposed to come and every time they answered "within 5 minutes" which never happened...and the day we were supposed to check out, some of the staff knocked to our room at 10:30 to ask when we plan to check out...without proposing any help with the luggage, but just to check when are we leaving, I think that's not very welcoming

The suite was comfortable, big but cosy. All the extras, like stereo, playstation were nice, but I have not use them. Toilet was beautifully designed and functional. A luxury room no doubt.

Dusty smell from the carpets (too old). Couches on the living area are old with smudges. A lamp didn't work. Expresso machine wasn't working.

The facilities were very nice and convenient to what I wanted to do. I enjoyed the dayspa.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are really helpful and friendly and 3 min walking to the underground, and 7 min waking to west filed shopping center, it was really a good experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, as it was close to shopping and transport options.

The breakfast menu options were a little confusing.
